Booking a Hotel could not be easier with Party Hotels
Once you have decided on Destination & Dates you can make a booking with us
To help you understand the process we have put together these bullet points:
Call 03300 580570 9am to 8pm 7 days a week and check availability for your chosen hotel. Once you are happy to proceed you should:
A single deposit of just £20 will secure you the hotel of choice. Furthermore we will allow group members to pay their own deposits and balances separately. The first initial deposit of £20 enables the group leader to have plenty of time to get the booking arranged and organised. Your fellow group members have many options to pay their deposits but the most popular seems to be the online payment facility. We simply create an account for your booking and you can keep a close eye on who’s paid and who hasn’t by logging onto your account.
A further £20.00 non refundable per person deposit will then be required 4-6 weeks after booking. A balance reminder will be automatically sent by email prior to this due date. Remember we do accept individual payments.
You will be sent log in details by email to pay online via a secure server or by internet bank transfer.
Confirmation of your weekend with maps, directions and times will be with you by email within 7 working days of paying the deposit.
You then have to confirm your final numbers and pay the final balance 21/28 days prior to your travel date.
Your booking can always be increased subject to availability
After you have paid and confirmed your final group size, we do allow additions to your booking but an administration fee may be charged.
