Without doubt one of the best male strip shows in the UK (Adonis performs in Brighton, Bournemouth, Newcastle and London), the evening features a varied format of strip routines, comedians, drag acts, fun games and music. It's a great fun evening with Hen queen's receiving special treatment of the V.I.P. kind at the Adonis show!

Showtime Saturday Nights: 7pm til 10pm
 

This is a fun session where your instructor will take each of you through a warm up, moves and confidence building on the pole and a routine which you can learn and then show the other girls in your group. 

At the end of the session, you will perform your routines on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt and all participants will receive a certificate of commendation.

Bonus: The hen will receive a complimentary bottle of bubbly, sash and box of chocolates and all girls will receive a certificate!

Music: Groups are welcome to bring along their own favourite CD’s to dance and perform to. Music will also be provided by the instructor.

What to wear: You will need to be able to grip the pole using your bare arms and legs. We suggest wearing something that will allow you to move freely in such as shorts and a vest or a dress. Of course, you are also welcome to get dressed up! Don't forget to bring a pair or high heels or boots to get a real feel of the day! Also, trainers for your warm up and warm down.

Duration: 90 – 120 minutes (total session)

The classes are taught in a fun, friendly environment where you're free to let go of inhibitions and celebrate your femininity! By the end of your session you'll be dancing a whole Burlesque routine and feeling like a true Femme Fatale!

Don't forget to bring a pair or high heels or boots to get a real feel of the day! Also, trainers for your warm up and warm down. Also if you have the following items in your wardrobe please bring them: Hold up stockings, long gloves, shirt or dressing gown that you can easily take off (no nudity!).

It’s great fun and a real day to remember! Your event will take place at a city/resort centre studio venue, where your choreographer will take you through the routines, which you will rehearse before a final mini musical performance.

With a staring role for your ‘bride to be’ plus a fabulous Moulin Rouge finale, your very own show will include some high kicking can-can and some titillating burlesque.

As part of the show you can bring your own costumes, cameras and/or video, so you can capture the final performance forever. And for the star of the show, a bottle of bubbly will be awarded. For those of you brave enough you could even recreate the show on the dance floor or even at the wedding!

Can-can skirts provided.
