This is a fun session where your instructor will take each of you through a warm up, moves and confidence building on the pole and a routine which you can learn and then show the other girls in your group. 

At the end of the session, you will perform your routines on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt and all participants will receive a certificate of commendation.

Bonus: The hen will receive a complimentary bottle of bubbly, sash and box of chocolates and all girls will receive a certificate!

Music: Groups are welcome to bring along their own favourite CD’s to dance and perform to. Music will also be provided by the instructor.

What to wear: You will need to be able to grip the pole using your bare arms and legs. We suggest wearing something that will allow you to move freely in such as shorts and a vest or a dress. Of course, you are also welcome to get dressed up! Don't forget to bring a pair or high heels or boots to get a real feel of the day! Also, trainers for your warm up and warm down.

Duration: 90 – 120 minutes (total session)

• See the masters in action as the Mixology experts show you and the girls just how the create some well-known     classic cocktails
• Now it’s your turn, so get behind the bar and unleash your creativity, making up your own cocktails, with a little help from the experts. Compare yours with your friends’ cocktails to see who’s made the tastiest.

The classes are taught in a fun, friendly environment where you're free to let go of inhibitions and celebrate your femininity! By the end of your session you'll be dancing a whole Burlesque routine and feeling like a true Femme Fatale!

With a staring role for your ‘bride to be’ plus a fabulous Moulin Rouge finale, your very own show will include some high kicking can-can and some titillating burlesque.

As part of the show you can bring your own costumes, cameras and/or video, so you can capture the final performance forever. And for the star of the show, a bottle of bubbly will be awarded. For those of you brave enough you could even recreate the show on the dance floor or even at the wedding!

Can-can skirts provided.

This dance experience is great fun and a real day to remember! Your event will take place at a city/resort centre studio venue, where your choreographer will take you through the routines, which you will rehearse before a final mini musical performance.

With a staring role for your ‘bride to be’ plus a fabulous pop music medley finale, your very own performance will include some sassy dance tracks where you can strut like Kylie and prowl like the Pussycat Dolls.

As part of the show you can bring your own costumes, cameras and/or video, so you can capture the final performance forever. And for the star of the show, a bottle of bubbly will be awarded. For those of you brave enough you could even recreate the show on the dance floor or even at the wedding!

Enjoy pom pom routines, cheers and chants tailored to the hen girl's name, plus funky dance routines. Even those with two left feet are sure to have a great time.

Groups participate in an exciting Le ‘Mans Team Endurance event which lasts up to 2½ hours in total including, briefings, qualifying laps and racing.

On arrival you’ll be given safety briefing and instruction as well as being kitted out with all the relevant gear including race suits, helmets and gloves.

As the races gets going after qualifying, there’ll be race commentary, pit stops, driver changes and fuel stops and at the end of the all the excitement, everyone will be presented with computerised print outs, the top teams will be presented with trophies and the winners a bottle of bubbly.

Groups are divided into smaller groups of 5 for the quad experience, using 250cc KYMCO sports quad bikes.

All the drivers are given a safety instruction and control operation briefing before being taken out on the trail which will test your skill and control. You’’ experience steep banks, woodland tracks and open pasture where you can turn on some speed!

Helmets, upper body armour, waterproofs or overalls, protective footwear (wellies) and gloves are all provided.  

In this picturesque woodland setting you will be clay pigeon shooting a variety of different sporting targets set off by our automatic traps.

Names such as the High Pheasant, Driven Pheasant, Dropping Duck, Running Rabbit and Rising Teal will all become familiar to you as you shout "pull" and your target is released.

All our clay pigeon shooting prices include everything you need; instruction, cartridges, clays and equipment. 30 Clays are included in this activity.
