This is a fun session where your instructor will take each of you through a warm up, moves and confidence building on the pole and a routine which you can learn and then show the other girls in your group. 

At the end of the session, you will perform your routines on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt and all participants will receive a certificate of commendation.

Bonus: The hen will receive a complimentary bottle of bubbly, sash and box of chocolates and all girls will receive a certificate!

Music: Groups are welcome to bring along their own favourite CD’s to dance and perform to. Music will also be provided by the instructor.

What to wear: You will need to be able to grip the pole using your bare arms and legs. We suggest wearing something that will allow you to move freely in such as shorts and a vest or a dress. Of course, you are also welcome to get dressed up! Don't forget to bring a pair or high heels or boots to get a real feel of the day! Also, trainers for your warm up and warm down.

• See the masters in action as the Mixology experts show you and the girls just how the create some well-known     classic cocktails
• Now it’s your turn, so get behind the bar and unleash your creativity, making up your own cocktails, with a little help from the experts. Compare yours with your friends’ cocktails to see who’s made the tastiest.

Enjoy pom pom routines, cheers and chants tailored to the hen girl's name, plus funky dance routines. Even those with two left feet are sure to have a great time.

The classes are taught in a fun, friendly environment where you're free to let go of inhibitions and celebrate your femininity! By the end of your session you'll be dancing a whole Burlesque routine and feeling like a true Femme Fatale!

This dance experience is great fun and a real day to remember! Your event will take place at a city/resort centre studio venue, where your choreographer will take you through the routines, which you will rehearse before a final mini musical performance.

With a staring role for your ‘bride to be’ plus a fabulous pop music medley finale, your very own performance will include some sassy dance tracks where you can strut like Kylie and prowl like the Pussycat Dolls.

As part of the show you can bring your own costumes, cameras and/or video, so you can capture the final performance forever. And for the star of the show, a bottle of bubbly will be awarded. For those of you brave enough you could even recreate the show on the dance floor or even at the wedding!

Riding 250cc Honda quads you and your group can enjoy a challenging trek out through the picturesque countryside. All quad biking sessions start with a safety briefing and initial training on the practice circuit.

Then you’re out on a trek around a 360 acre working hill farm, through woodlands and over bumpy tracks, which demand more skill and technique.

No experience is necessary as training will be given by qualified staff at the centre but there is always opportunity for the more adventurous and daring riders to tackle rough terrain. 

Your group will be accompanied by highly experienced outdoor pursuits instructors as you follow the river down the gorge, scrambling over rocks, jumping into plunge pools, low level traversing, helping each other across the water and generally having a lot of fun!

Usually a full day, but we can go to the times to suit you. All relevant safety kit will be provided for gorge walking which includes: wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets and oversuits. There'll be no obligation or pressure for you to complete all the elements of the gorge walk, complete what you feel comfortable with!
