Unlike some companies, with PartyHotels.com you can choose to book a hotel for your group, with or without additional day or evening activities.
1. Check Availability for Your Group
To check if a hotel has space for your group, simply call us on Tel 01253 858 993 or enquire using an online form on this website.
2. Provisionally Hold Rooms
If you wish to book, but need time to confirm group numbers and collect deposit payments, you can provisionally hold space at the hotel of your choice.
Hotels in Blackpool can be provisionally held without a deposit. In all other destinations, we may require a small deposit for some hotels at this stage, which you will be advised of at the time of enquiry.
3. Confirm Hotel Booking for your Group
Blackpool Hotels – To confirm a booking for Blackpool PartyHotels.com requires a deposit per person, with the balance payable on arrival at the hotel or guesthouse.
• For a 1 night stay the deposit normally required is £10 per person.
• For a 2 night stay the deposit required is the cost of the first night.
Other Destinations – For a limited number of hotels we accept a deposit with the balance payable on arrival. However for a majority of hotels plus all the hotels in Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Chester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newquay, Sheffield, Torquay and York, full payment for the hotel booking is required in advance of your stay. Group bookings can be held with an initial £50 deposit with the balance payable 2 to 4 weeks later, dependent on group size and dates of stay.
On receipt of deposits / balance payment you will be sent written confirmation of your booking.
With your confirmation you will receive any applicable free bar and nightclub passes.
Activity Bookings
For most activities full payment is required to confirm the booking. In some cases we can provisionally book your activity with a deposit, with the balance payable within 2 to 4 weeks of the deposit payment. You will be advised of options at the time of enquiry/booking.
Payment
Payments can be made by debit card, credit card or by cheque. If you wish to make a bank transfer (BACS), please ask for details.
