This is a fun session where your instructor will take each of you through a warm up, moves and confidence building on the pole and a routine which you can learn and then show the other girls in your group. 

At the end of the session, you will perform your routines on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt and all participants will receive a certificate of commendation.

Bonus: The hen will receive a complimentary bottle of bubbly, sash and box of chocolates and all girls will receive a certificate!

Music: Groups are welcome to bring along their own favourite CD’s to dance and perform to. Music will also be provided by the instructor.

What to wear: You will need to be able to grip the pole using your bare arms and legs. We suggest wearing something that will allow you to move freely in such as shorts and a vest or a dress. Of course, you are also welcome to get dressed up! Don't forget to bring a pair or high heels or boots to get a real feel of the day! Also, trainers for your warm up and warm down.

The classes are taught in a fun, friendly environment where you're free to let go of inhibitions and celebrate your femininity! By the end of your session you'll be dancing a whole Burlesque routine and feeling like a true Femme Fatale!

When you arrive & ride at the ATV Centre you will be quad biking on the UK's largest and best outdoor ATV track.

Whatever your age or experience you will be kitted up in full safety gear including elbow & knee pads, body armour, helmet, gloves and safety goggles and then taken to a learner circuit to be given expert tuition by experienced instructors prior to spending your time on the tracks.

Spectator points are available together with a vending cafe for snacks and hot & cold drinks.

The Newquay clay pigeon shooting session takes place at a venue just 5 minutes drive form the resort. The fully qualified coaches are able to meet the needs of all levels of experience and ability.

The session includes instruction, guns, cartridges and 30 clay targets.

Notes
This is an all weather activity. Sturdy shoes are advisable.

Surfing is very popular for stag and hen groups and it’s a great fun way to spend a morning or afternoon in Newquay. It will certainly get your group howling with laughter as you see your mates falling off their boards, hitting the surf and trying again.

The instructors give you an introduction to water safety and beach awareness before you learn how to trim and ride a board lying down and hopefully by the end of the lesson, how to ‘pop up’ and ride the board standing up.

Your group lesson normally lasts 2 – 3 hours and includes all necessary equipment provided as standard.
